- One of the world’s premier ski resorts
- Fantastic facilities, including swimming pool
and sports centre
- Huge terrain offering a massive
variety of skiing
- Authentic charm of a traditional
mountain village
It is probably fair to say that Val d’Isere has it all. Undoubtedly one of the prettiest French resorts, Val, as it is affectionately known, sits amongst spectacular scenery and offers to its visitors some of the best skiing to be found anywhere in the world.
The original village has been carefully restored over the years using traditional architecture to build in local stone and wood, giving Val d’Isere an authentic charm that is difficult to match.
As befits a resort with such international renown the facilities are also second to none. Fantastic shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as a swimming pool, ice skating, indoor climbing and a gym mean that a week might not seem enough.
A regular, free bus service, the “Train Rouge” links the 3 villages of La Daille, Val centre and Le Fornet which make up the resort of Val d’Isere.
