At Ski Olympic, we know that one of the most important parts of any winter holiday is the food. At the end of a crisp day on the mountain, there is nothing better than sitting down with a glass or two of wine to enjoy a delicious three course evening meal and relive the day’s adventures.

We are proud of our reputation for providing a varied menu of excellent quality which invariably exceeds our guests’ expectations. The standard of our meals and the subsequent guest feedback is constantly monitored by our Executive Chef, resident in the Alps throughout the winter.

The majority of our chefs have gained their skills in restaurants and hotels around the world, and are keen to share with you the results of those experiences.

Even though many return year after year, all are involved in our in-depth training programme to ensure they are able to meet the standards our clients have come to expect.

All of our chalethotels are staffed by Head Chefs with full qualifications or extensive, proven industry experience.

Our chefs are happy to cater for vegetarian diets, and if you are with little ones, they will have a chat with you on the first night about the kind of menu your children will enjoy.
