We fell in love with this pretty French resort nestled high on a sunny plateau near the Italian border and bought our first chalet here 20 years ago. Since then, many of our customers have been seduced by the authentic charm of La Rosiere.
La Rosiere is linked with the Italian ski resort of La Thuile, and offers the unique experience of skiing across the border into another country. Blessed with huge quantities of snow, an incredible amount of sunny days, lovely wide pistes, friendly locals, La Rosiere is the perfect destination for famililes.

| With plenty of blues and some choice reds, the resort is ideal for intermediates. A visit to Italy is a must, where the skiing is more challenging but still accessible enough to allow most intermediates the chance to nip over for an authentic pasta lunch and a glass of Chianti. |
| Perhaps overshadowed by some of its bigger neighbours, La Rosiere’s superb snowfall record and lack of crowds make it worth a visit. There is lots of accessible and challenging off-piste, as well as being one of the few places in Europe to offer the once-in-a-lifetime experience of heli-skiing! |
