Each member of our UK office team has visited all of our resorts in France. They all know the properties and will be happy to help you make the right choice. From the time you first call, you will be assigned your own sales advisor who will look after your booking until the moment you arrive in resort.
All of our resort staff have been individually interviewed and chosen for their relevant skills, enthusiasm, and warm personalities. They all undergo extensive training in France prior to the season, and many return year after year to pass on the Ski Olympic ethic to eager new staff. Each of our Chalethotels has an experienced hotel manager to ensure the smooth running of their operation.
Wherever you stay with us, you will have access to a team of enthusiastic ski hosts to help familiarise you with the resort. Our groups are a great way to meet other guests in your resort and have proven one of our most popular services. Please keep in mind that, although they are excellent skiers, our hosts are not ski instructors or off-piste guides and this is a purely social activity.
